We understand many guests with existing reservations and those looking to secure future reservations have many questions and concerns regarding COVID-19. Please know that we take your concerns seriously.

As of March 30th, the New Hanover County mandate prohibits us from booking any short-term reservations until 5/8. The short-term restriction has been lifted as of 5/8 at 5pm.

We are currently only booking weekly reservations with preference being given to those who request multiple weeks. In addition, we are working under an HOA mandate that restricts the number of car passes to TWO per property and no day guests are allowed at this timeā€¦this may change and we will continue to keep you updated.

Be assured that Figure Eight Realty is taking proactive measures to ensure our guests and clients, as well as our staff and vendors, have a safe and clean environment. Like many across the country, some of our employees are working remotely. We have upgraded our already professional cleaning standards and are following CDC guidelines with an eye toward this national crisis.

We appreciate your patience as we make our way through all requests and for choosing Figure Eight Realty. We will weather this storm together.

We all look forward to when this crisis is a distant memory. In the meantime, Figure Eight Island remains calm, peaceful, beautiful, quiet, free from crowds, an easy escape as a drive-to destination.
