Dear Guests,

We look forward to your visit and are so happy we can accommodate you during these uncertain times. There are a few COVID-19 related rules we are required to follow.

1.) We are working under an HOA mandate that restricts the number of car passes to FOUR per property and NO day guests are allowed. This mandate is completely out of our control. Thank you for your understanding.

2.) We expect all our guests to follow the CDC guidelines while enjoying their vacation. Wearing a mask is state-mandated in public settings when maintaining a 6 ft distance is not feasible.

3.) Check-in is no earlier than 4pm. NO Exceptions. Our check-in desk will be located outside the Yacht Club and we will be there between 4-6pm. If you plan to arrive after 6pm please let our office know.

4.) Check-out is no later than 10am. NO Exceptions. There is a key drop box located outside our office door.
Although we have professional cleaning standards and are following CDC recommendations, we highly suggest taking your own necessary precautions as well. If you have COVID-19 concerns you might consider delaying your arrival until the following day. Please let us know if you plan to do so. If you are uncertain of keeping your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible.
